AIG Women’s Open 2019: Hinako Shibuno claims her first maiden major title

In 2019, Hinako Shibuno claimed her first maiden major title in her first tournament outside her native Japan. Shibuno became the second Japanese player ever to win a women’s major championship after Hisako Higuchi, who won the 1977 LGPA Championship.
