Nairo Quintana wins the 2017 Tirreno Adriatico. 

As he takes to the podium, he lifts high, the golden Trident, embracing his fellow racers and smiling for the camera as blue confetti fires into the sky.

Overcoming a gruelling course and elite competition, Quintana overcame much adversity to become the champion.
