The Supercars Championships (formerly the V8 Supercars Championship) is a touring car racing organisation based in Australia and run as an International Series under Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) regulations.

The inaugural season was in 1997 and races take place in Australia, New Zealand and the United States and have previously been held in China, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
